Coconut Cream is a sweet, milky  white  cooking  base  derived  from the meat of a mature
coconut.  The color and  rich  taste of the milk can be attributed  to the high oil content and
sugars.  It is extracted from the grated flesh of the mature coconut .

Coconut Cream is similar to coconut milk  but contains more oil.  The difference is  mainly
on the consistency. It has a thicker, paste-like consistency, while coconut milk is more of
a liquid.

Coconut Milk and Coconut Cream  is  the extract  from  the  coconut meat, combined  with
natural stabilizers and processed to preserve the  freshness and  natural  flavor  of newly
